Special Representative of the Chinese Government for Eurasian Affairs Li Hui, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Russian Federation to China Andrei Denisov, and Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Uzbekistan to China Farhod Arziev delivered welcoming remarks.
